Volunteering at the Visitor Centres

Volunteers help to man our busy visitor centres in Coventry and Solihull by providing visitors with information and guidance about the Trust, its work and our events.

Our visitor centres would not be the vibrant and wonderful places they are without the help of volunteers. From preparing bird food for sale to answering the telephone and recruiting new members, they make a real difference to the Trust's income and the way it presents itself to the public.

Volunteers greet visitors and ensure that visitors sign-in and pay the appropriate admission fees, where applicable, and serve customers at the visitor centre shops. They also provide assistance with the organisation of a wide variety of events at the Centre.

For more information on any of the above opportunities please contact Amanda Henshaw, Volunteer Development Officer on 0121 7040768 or at amanda.henshaw@wkwt.org.uk
