Michael Drummond, Living Landscapes Volunteering Officer says, "Blue skies, sunshine with a bit of warmth to it, longer days, birds nesting, new buds fattening - it has to be the beginning of spring. After the seemingly endless gloom of the first three months of the year, those signs of nature reawakening are really cheering, but there's no better place to experience that than in our nature reserves, especially on a work party. Why not celebrate the new season with a new interest and join in. Volunteers are always welcome and if you are new to this, you'll soon find yourself with a bunch of new friends and learning new skills. Ring us now to find out where your nearest volunteering opportunity can be found."
