Michael Drummond, Living Landscapes Volunteering Officer says, "Winter still has a firm grip, so no-one is packing away their thermals just yet, but signs of spring are already around - snowdrops shouldering their way above the cold ground, birds are beginning to sing again and there's a definite lengthening of the days. Nature is showing promise of better conditions to come, so why not turn your back on winter and join in with one of our work parties and find out for yourself how you can help us to give our wildlife a helping hand through this demanding time of year."
