During the half-term Holiday, Brandon Marsh Nature Centre and Parkridge Centre are offering a fantastic range of entertaining holiday education activities for 4 - 11 year olds which all help celebrate National Family Week. Parkridge Centre also has special tots activities.

National Family Week runs from 31st May to 6th June - and aims to be a great celebration of family life - bringing thousands of families together to have fun. It's BBC Springwatch season again too - so a perfect time for children and families to get closer to nature.

To celebrate, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is running many activities, including making dream-catchers, hunting for mini-beasts, pond dipping for mayfly nymphs and making your own kite - ending with our special evening Family Bat & Moth Bonanza.

'It's great fun at Brandon Marsh this half-term - we have lots of great outdoor activities planned to keep kids busy. Whether it's dipping in our pond, hunting for mini-beasts or making a kite or dream catcher the kids will have a great day out! '
Claire Mann, Education Ranger, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust

'The Family Bat and Moth Bonanza sounds great - my family are all booked on already! My kids are really excited to come along in the dark, make a lantern and then have a go with a bat detector to see what we can find flying around at night!'
Janette Eslick, Trust member
