OLD NUN WOOD 2 km W of
Princethorpe. Entrance SP 382708. 2.1 ha (5 acres) Owned by the
Trust. Open access.
This small part of a larger area of
ancient woodland, adjacent to Wappenbury Wood, is managed as coppice
with standards. There is an excellent show of spring flowers. Park
in the lay-by on the corner of Burnthurst Lane.
